Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 28, 2026

Able is an AI personal OS for founders and executives. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have over it.

What we collect

Account information: your name, email address and sign-in details when you create an Able account.

Connected services: when you connect Gmail or another service, we access the messages, contacts and metadata needed to sort, summarise and draft replies for you.

Usage data: basic technical logs (such as device, browser and errors) that help us keep Able reliable and secure.

How we use it

To provide Able's features: organising your inbox, preparing briefings, drafting replies and carrying out actions you approve.

To keep your account secure and to troubleshoot problems.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your email content for advertising.

Google user data

Able's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Gmail data is used only to provide user-facing features inside Able. It is not shared with third parties except as needed to run the service, and humans do not read it unless you ask us to or the law requires it.

AI processing

Some content is processed by AI models to classify messages and draft replies. These providers act on our behalf and may not use your data to train their models.

Storage and security

Your data is stored with encryption in transit and at rest. Access tokens for connected services are encrypted and only used on our servers. Each workspace is isolated so only you and people you invite can see it.

Your choices

You can disconnect Gmail or any other service at any time, which stops further access. You can ask us to export or delete your account and data by contacting us.

Changes

We may update this policy as Able evolves. If changes are significant, we'll let you know in the app or by email.
